Q. I'm ordering a custom made or custom sized piece of jewelry, how do I let you know my size specifications?
 
A. When you order a piece of jewelry make sure to leave your size specifications in the 'comment box' as you check out. And be specific, all custom made orders are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE. 

 
Q. What do you mean by "Turquoise stones may slightly vary"? 

A. Often times a piece of Native American jewelry is a hand made, one of a kind piece. Normally, we shoot a photo of a product to show the design of the piece and serve as a representation of the one of a kind piece of hand made jewelry you'll receive. No two Turquoise stones are ever exactly the same so the matrix and/ or shape of the Turquoise stone may be just a little bit different.
 
Q. What is the matrix in the Turquoise? 

A. The natural streaks, lines, and markings that you see in a Turquoise stone is often referred to as its matrix.
 
Q. How do I know if my piece is truly Native American made?
 
A. All jewelry and other items that we can absolutely one hundred percent guarantee is Indian made will come with a 'Certificate of Authenticity' saying so.
 
Q.I have ordered a fairly fragile Kachina Doll. I'm concerned about the shipping. Will it come to me in one piece? 

A. We are aware of your concerns in regards to the condition of your art work upon arrival. We have perfected our shipping, from years of experience in shipping this type of fine art, we can assure you, that your art work will arrive in excellent condition. In the worst case scenario, a small wooden feather might break off, but that is easily repaired.

Q. When can I expect to receive my order?
 
A. Most orders will arrive at their respective destinations seven to ten business days after the order has been placed. Orders made on the weekend, expect it seven to ten days starting on the following Monday. Please allow a little more time for custom made items
